Huh?  Cypheus is a Windows software client.  WHFC is a Windows software
client.

Internet Explorer is configured by default to log in anonymously to all
ftp 
sites.  Unless you alter the configuration you cannot log into a HylaFAX
server 
with it.

This has absolutely nothing to do with IE being a Windows software
client.
