Hello Matthias,
four steps are necessary to set up your ISDN-card with HylaFAX.

1. Check if CAPI 2.0 support has been enabled in your kernel configuration
2. You have to install the AVM card driver for your ISDN-card.
3. You have to install capi4hylafax which installs two additional programs,
   c2faxsend and c2faxrecv. These two programs are used for sending and 
   receiving your faxes.
4. Modify the HylaFAX configuration to use the mentioned programs instead
   of its own programs.
