[hylafax-users] hfaxd not working

faxq is running but it looks like whenever inetd tries to run hfaxd that 
it dies without any message, any suggestions how to investigate this?

faxstat -v 
Trying localhost (127.0.0.1) at port 4559... 
Connected to localhost.fandom.net. 
Service not available, remote server closed connection
