It's getting the page, so in etc/config add a line:
etc/destctrls
Create etc/destctrls with the line:
15007951100 Class1PPMWaitCmd="AT+FTS=9"
Restart faxgetty, resend fax.
If the same thing happens try using values of anything from 5 to 10 for
the +FTS= value.
If it weren't getting the first page then you'd try Class1TCFWaitCmd
instead, and if it were getting all pages, but not receiving a response to
EOP, then you'd try Class1EOPWaitCmd.
