The answer to your question can be found in the mailling list. But if
you're to impatient, you can read the man pages, specially man faxrm.
There, you should see that you need execute the command faxadduser -a
<password> <user>. <password> that you want use to delete outgoing jobs,
<user> that have permissions to delete outgoing jobs. This "special" user
should be stored at first line of hosts.hfaxd. My hosts.hfaxd:

^root:::o7YjDnaQMkzpE

This line can be more complex, like controlling the hosts from where you
can use the "special" user. Cheers.
