[hylafax-users] hylafax 4.1.1 patch: configure for OSF 4.0X

The I needed to apply the following patch to get hylafax 4.1.1 to build on 
Digital Unix 4.0f (gcc-2.95.3):

This is going to the hylafax-users and hylafax-devel list...doesn't look like 
there's been much activity on the hylafax-devel list for the last year and a 
half, though (or the web archives are just out of date...)
