It looks to me that HylaFAX can receive up to 303mm in image width.  I 
assume that it can send as much.  That should satify the 11" wide 
requirement.

I think the key issue, though, is "does the recipient fax support anything 
bigger than 215mm?"

I've never sent anything bigger than 215mm, however.
