No, you're not using the +FTS patch.
At this point it pretty much indicates that the page we just sent never
got there or we lost synchronicity just now because the remote is a bit
slow. In your case, because we repeat the MPS signal three times and hear
no response, we can assume the prior (that they never got the page).
Using the +FTS patch is a good place to start to diagnose this. Upgrade
to 4.1.1 (it has the +FTS patch and more goodies), and if that doesn't
help you'll have to start adjusting Class1Send*WaitCmd parameters.
