[hylafax-users] Switch settings for Courier Vanyhting?

I'm seting up a Courier Vanything off of a FreebSD STABLE machine. I want
to have inbound/outbound data & fax on this modem.

I've got inbound faxing working, and now that I realize I need to run gxad,
I'm starting down the outbound road. 

When I try to send a fax, the modem seems to try to send it but the log
file says, waiting for modem to come ready. Looking in more detail. I seem
to be getting a timeout after Hylafax sens "ATE". I;m able to access the
modem and get it to dial using cu, so I suspect that I may have a switch
seting problem.

Can someone whp has this working, tell me how they have the modem switches
set?
