that's what i have found:
on the server The Zone was on : EST (it is not very clear in mandrake 8 distrib)
I had to chose Europe/London for entering in the zone GMT

Now I have with commands the same hour when typing :
date -u
and
date

And that's what HYLAFAX like, no?

In WHFC I do not mark the field local time in "system preferences"
and now all is OK!
