If what you mean is that you need to be able to send *text* faxes
*from Unix*, in 8859-7, then you're going to have to do some work.  The
program in question is textfmt, and -1 is wired into that code.

Not having looked at the source for it in a long time, I can't tell you
how deeply it's wired in there.
