1) send a fax from Cypheus, look sendq/qXXX and verify the killtime
parameter is actually set to 3 hours in the future.
2) for the jobs that didn't get sent, faxstat -dl, and look for possible
errors in the last column and for a Y > 0 for "Pages X:Y"
