Many of us use an email-to-fax gateway with HylaFAX.  Having something
"bundled" with HylaFAX would be kind of trivial, since it's rather easy to
set up.  There is 'faxmail' which can serve as a mail-to-fax gateway if you
don't intend on faxing anything but text and Postscript.
My preference is to set up a procmail mail-to-fax service.  But there are
numerous ways to do it.  See: http://www.hylafax.org/howto/faxing.html#ss5.4
