[hylafax-users] cover sheet issues.

When I fax with a cover sheet, I get a blank page between the Cover and the actual page.  Both 
pages when pulled into GhostView32 on W98 says that they are letter size and 1 page. When I 
fax it says it created 3 pages.

Also how do I make the cover letter Page-count incement by one, we need total # of pages 
including Cover sheet.
