[hylafax-users] viewing faxes

Hi,

I am able to receives a fax.  This is the faxstat:
Protect Page  Owner        Sender/TSI  Recvd@ Filename
-rw----    1  14              8530248   09:31 fax00005.tif

This mail set to faxmaster is:
recvq/fax00006.tif (ftp://pcs.pcsadvt.com:4559/recvq/fax00006.tif):

But when I try to retreive it, I am unable to.  says recvq/fax00006.tif
missing
