it doesnīt matter anymore because i donīt have to rebuild it .
no patch neeeded.
with ./install --with-hylafax-bindir=/usr/sbin
--with-hylafax-spooldir=/var/spool/hylafax
and startingoptions of c2faxrecv it runs
/etc/inittab
c2faxrecv -q /var/spool/hylafax -C /var/spool/hylafax/etc/config.faxCAPI -v
without this options it is possible to receive faxes but you cannot send any

(i donīt know why but so it is)
