[hylafax-users] problem with deleting incomming/outgoing faxjobs

Dear hylafax-users,

i have a problem with deleting fax jobs. everything is working properly.
i can send and receive faxes; user who sent a fax can delete the job,
but i am not able to create a 'faxadmin' user who is capable off
deleting faxjobs sent by other users, or delete faxes from the recvq.

i have tried different settings/entries in the hosts.hdfax file, 
for example:

faxadmin:::"the encrypted password"

but when i login with Cypheus as graphical frontend i get no administrative
access rights. I cannot view or delete the faxes from sendq and recvq.

at the moment i am using hylafax 4.1beta2 from the SuSE 7.1 distribution
with kernel 2.4.9.
