Hmm... that's not right (obviously). It should be like this (in Class 1):

Jul 03 16:32:02.39: [ 9682]: DIAL 9492511
Jul 03 16:32:02.39: [ 9682]: <-- [14:ATDT9,9492511\r]
Jul 03 16:32:17.16: [ 9682]: --> [4:BUSY]
Jul 03 16:32:17.16: [ 9682]: SEND FAILED: JOB 1723 DEST 9492511 ERR Busy
signal$
Jul 03 16:32:17.16: [ 9682]: <-- [5:ATH0\r]
Jul 03 16:32:17.29: [ 9682]: --> [2:OK]
Jul 03 16:32:17.29: [ 9682]: MODEM set DTR OFF
Jul 03 16:32:17.29: [ 9682]: STATE CHANGE: SENDING -> MODEMWAIT (timeout 5)
Jul 03 16:32:17.29: [ 9682]: SESSION END

Have you tried Class 1? I'd recommend Class 1 with a USR modem, anyway
(even the Couriers). I have better luck in Class 1 with my Courier than I
do with Class 2.0.

Your log seems to violate the whole function of:

/*
 * Process the response to a dial command.
 */
CallStatus
Class2Modem::dialResponse(fxStr& emsg)

In Class2Send.c++. But, I'm not fluent enough with the Class 2 code to
know what's going on wrong here with your system.

Lee.
