[hylafax-users] Upgrade to 4.1

I have upgraded Hylafax to 4.1 on Solaris 2.6 x86 from source and have
gotten whfc working, but I am having trouble with faxmail. Mail is
handed over to hylafax but the postscript conversion fails. The error is
below.

Your facsimile job to xxxxxxxxxxx was not sent because document
conversion
to facsimile failed. The output from the converter program was:

Aladdin Ghostscript 6.01: Unrecoverable error, exit code 1

Check any PostScript documents for non-standard fonts and invalid
constructs.

Perhaps I need to upgrade Ghostscript?

I also note that /usr/lib/fax was not changed (no files were replaced)
and the /usr/lib/hylafax I expected was not created. Where should is the
default location for this stuff now?

I stumbled on a document which seemed to talk about the differences
between 4.0 and 4.1 but now I can't find it. I seem to recall it had
some information about changes to faxcover which may be my current
problem.
