[hylafax-users] Auto deleting old fax

Hi everibody,
some months ago a changed my computer, so i make a new installation of Hylafax + SuSEFax.
Now i have a lot of old fax and i notice that this thigs dont happened with the old computer: i found a old mail with the report with the information and the cancellations.
What i have to do to restart this service?
Is it a manual for this operation?
I do not remember what i made .... (are the years??!)
