Yes, there is. A binary can be found at
ftp://ftp.hylafax.org/binary/linux/redhat/RPMS/i386/hylafax-4.1-1rh7.i386.rpm
May be you need to recompile the source rpm if you will not succeed in
installing the binary rpm. You can find it at
ftp://ftp.hylafax.org/binary/linux/redhat/SRPMS/hylafax-4.1-1rh7.src.rpm
