[hylafax-users] ERR No local dialtone

hi,

  i've installed the latest version of hylafax.  When i try to use it, i
get the message "ERR No local dialtone".  i'm not sure what that means. 
i am able to use my modem with cu, which tells me that i can get a local
dialtone.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how to approach this
problem?  i appreciate the help.
