Unless you have a daemon/device driver that simulates a physical serial
port with modem control and flow control, you won't be able to use
HylaFAX to get back to the modem.  I'm not familiar with the Cisco
card, nor with rtty, but note that card must be *a modem*... not just
an ISDN Terminal Adaptor, there must be v.17 firmware for
analog-T.30-fax-over-B-channel in there, too.
