Here they are sending you many documents with just 1 call, so what you get is
normal behavior (1 log file, multiple tiff files).

You should not assume a correlation between the name of the tif files and log
file names.

Another case: a connection is estabilished and then immediately dropped, I think
a log file is created but no tiff file number is "wasted".
