I *think* that's a bad assumption.  I *think* what will happen is that
HF will answer *both* rings, and try to hand the "RingVoice" calls off
to whatever you've specified as the "voice getty".

Try *not* defining RingVoice at all, and see if that helps; if so,
we'll need to expand on the documentation there.
