[hylafax-users] Tiff file received is damaged

I got a fax file by hylafax but I cant view a file. I think this file does
not a tif file.
The fax2ps script can´t open input file. It return the message : *Can not
open, or not a TIFF file.*
I saw this 3 times in one week
I use libtiff-3.5.4-5 in a RedHat 6.2 linux box
