It basically means that the communication quality between the remote and
HylaFAX is so poor that the remote sent DCN (disconnect) in the middle of
HylaFAX's RSPREC procedure - probably after requesting a retrain or a page
resend.

What can you do about that?  Not much.  Try a different modem that is
perhaps more resiliant to the line noise - or try improving the line quality.
