[hylafax-users] Problems in sendfax

Hi,
I am new to hylafax. Ihave installed the software on
redhat 6.1. I am encountering problems in the sendfax
program. When i run it using sendfax -p <number>
<file> 
the error it gives is
Trying fax devices /dev/tty4c...can not open
Trying fax devices /dev/tty4d...can not open
sendfax can not access fax devices locked
could you help me in solving this problem
