[hylafax-users] sending fax problem

hello all!

i have the problem, that sending faxes with my mail-clinet works without a 
problem, but sending faxes with with cleints like cypheus doesn't work??

i always get the status (also in the hylafax log), that the transfer was 
successful, but on the other side a fax is never received. could it be 
because of the coverpage??

if so, i would appreciate it, if someone can help me to get this to work.
