Generally they get moved to the doneq directory.  Otherwise you've probably
got a faxcron or faxqclean routine that is zapping them after some time.
The RPM has a default faxcron script, by the way.  So if you used the RPM,
you should pay attention to that.

I think that the cover gets moved with the document.  Not sure.
