[hylafax-users] cover page problems

I am going nuts over this.  I believe that this is either a ghost script
problem or a hylafax-4.1beta2-2rh7 problem.

I generate my cover page just like the docs say.  use make_faxcover to
make my eps a ps and I get the following message when I send a fax with
a cover page.
