I dunno...  I suppose a default one could be created.  Mine usually
look like "This is the HylaFAX server installation on
machine.dom.ain.  For more information, or to report problems, call
My Name at +1 311 555 2368, or send email to my@add.ress".

I think, at least, that there could be a question asked:
