[hylafax-users] switching to Class 1

Hi all,

I'm looking at forcing my modem to Class 1 (ZyXEL U-1496E). The reason is
that several remote faxes are not hanging up properly and causing multiple
copies of the fax being sent. This can be very irritating to the
recipient. I've been told that by forcing the modem into a Class setting
this will fix that problem.

However, I'm concerned that if I switch the modem using the faxaddmodem
command that my current config files will be broken. Which files do I
have to modify (and/or save) to make sure my fax server doesn't stop
working?

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I'm running Linux 6.1 with HylaFAX
4.1 beta1.

Jason
