[hylafax-users] Postscript problem

I've been using HylaFAX in combination with python and postgres to send faxes to a membership base.  However, I'm having a problem with the postscript file during the job.  I'm sending approx. 500 faxes per job.

 

The system is telling me that it cannot open the document file.  This does not happen at the beginning of the job, only near the end.  Because of time constraints I've had to force the system to treat each fax as priority "0".  My reasoning is that I'd rather have it try each fax number one time before trying a second time.  Could this be creating a problem with the postscript file creation?

 

The error I keep getting is: "Your Facsimile job xxxx failed because: Cannot open document file"

 

I have  a feeling that the postscript file is being purged before the job is done.  Does anyone have a thought.

 

I'm running HylaFAX v4.1 beta  on RedHat Linux 6.1 using a ZyXEL U-1496.
