Hi,
HylaFAX uses an extended ftp protocol which uses 4559 as 
control connection instead 21. The rest follows ftp standard.
Looks more like a nameserver problem. The external pc 
resolves correctly and belongs to your domain ? Please check
also the WHFC FAQ.
