[hylafax-users] error with xferfaxstat

Hi!
I have hylafax 4.1beta2-179 running on suse linux 7.0 (kernel 2.2.16)
whenever xferfaxstat is run by cron, or manually I get the following output:

gawk: /tmp/xferfax31465:88: (FILENAME=/var/spool/fax/etc/xferfaxlog

/usr/sbin/recvstats: line 367: 31470 Aborted                 $AWK -f 
$tmpAwk -v TODAY="$TODAY" -v AGE="$AGE" -v SINCE="$SINCE" $FILES

no matter how many faxes i sent, the statistics generated by 
xferfaxstat are empty!

any suggestions what I can do about that - to get real stats??
