[hylafax-users] Crazy output after receive faxes

Dear list,

i'm i new member of this list.
i've a problem. when i receive faxes, than i get an tiff file. so i'm very lucky. but when i open this file in a viewer, and i test it with a lot of viewers, i get stripes and points, but not this was i faxed.

i hope all users understood my probelems, than i'm a hylafax neewbie and my english is not the best.
