It seems that since the "-h" argument is not used, faxrm would determine it
to be a local process, running as superuser, talking to the local hfaxd
daemon.  I'm not a programmer but it'll probably that some modification to
the faxrm program to detect everything is local.

Then I'd think you'd have to specify "-a" argurment to faxrm which would ask
you for the password each time.
