[hylafax-users] recvstats and xferfaxstats skips 1-st day of month

There is a bug in recvstats and xferfaxstats:
If you invoke it with
    -since '10/31/00 23:55'
then it does not show messages for 11/01/00. Compare "Total" in examples:
