do you send lots of faxes to the same destination?
Then "Blocked by concurrent job" appears if there is currently a connection
to
this destination and another job should be send there.
The job is requeued.
If the job cannot be sent for some reason, then the job is killed.
(without update of the status?)
Probably the job exceeded a time to live which can be set through a client
option.
The default is relatively short, try to increase it.
(there is a bug in older versions of HF related to this time to live job
parameter.
AFAIR it cannot handle time spawns > 24 hours)
sould be more info under man sendfax.
