To be honest you should grab:

ftp://ftp.redhat.com/redhat/updates/6.2/SRPMS/libtiff-3.5.5-2.src.rpm and
'rpm --rebuild' it, installing the RPM it writes in /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/ 
and then install the HylaFAX RPM I referenced

But what you have SHOULD work.

You have two faxq processes, and one of them seems to have been running a long time indeed ;-)

/etc/rc.d/init.d/hylafax stop

now, kill any remaining faxq processes with a kill -9, and kill the faxgetty process as well, to make sure you're running the new binary.

/etc/rc.d/init.d/hylafax start

Let us know how you make out.
