Clients can't connect

I can't seem to get my /var/spool/fax/etc/hosts file quite right to
allow all the clients on the network. Right now, it looks like this:

localhost:21::
ltifax@.*\.rogers\.lti$:21::
ltifax@.*\.newnan\.lti$:21::

Bind does resolve these hastnames and TLDfor the internal network, at
least for the privliged (have an entry in bind) IPs. The dynamic IPs
given out by dhcpd should resolve (most of the time) but I can't connect
from them and can't figure out how to do IP based entries in
/var/spool/fax/etc/hosts.

I'd like to allow all clients with a 192.168.1.XXX and 192.168.2.XXX IP
address to connect. Can someone help me out a little, pretty please? =)
