I have made the changes to test it, and it turned out that if the 
state of the job is "done", you can't get it to go back to the
sendqueue.
But you can geet all the jobparameters, including the name of the
coverpage
and the document it self in the directory where they get archived and
then resubmit them as a new job.
Not as easy as hoped, but better then nothing.
