Dials dest but then dumps - RSPREC error/got DCN

I am using Hylafax v4.0pl2 with FreeBSD 3.4 & a USR Internal Faxmodem

Sending goes OK until
dump happens - sometimes it prints 2/3 of title page.
Any help would be appreciated for someone that understands the log.
My conf file first;

Thanks
