flexfax: Missing part of fax

I've just joined this list, so if this question has been previously asked,
my apologies.
Just installed SuSE6.4 with the distributed HylaFax, modem configured OK,
SuSEFax running OK. However when the fax is sent, only a short page is
received with the sending details, eg tel no, and station ID, but none of
the ps file chosen for fax, this also happens using WHFC on a win98 machine.
Otherwise everything looks like it is working.
The faxsetup showed no errors, ie tiff3g etc was all there, and faxaddmodem
ran through the modem without complaint. Processes fire up OK, and in the
status window of both SuSEFax, and Whfc the server is shown initialising and
running the modem connection. Remote end rings, answers, and starts to
print, then before the actual content of the fax arrives the call ends and
HylaFax claims the fax is sent.
