flexfax: MultiTech modem firmware upgrade fixes timeout problem

I was using a MultiTech MT1932ZDX with 1.14 firmware with Hylafax,
and it was working quite nicely.  However, I was seeing occasional
communication timeouts when Hylafax was trying to send a FAX.  When
this happened, the send would fail, but subsequent ones would succeed.
I upgraded the firmware to 1.16 about a month ago, and the problem
seems to have gone away.  I assume it was a firmware bug.  Firmware
