Unrecognized Transparent data command?

We are receieving the following message from Hylafax when we try to fax
a document.  We have Hylafax running on RH Linux 6.0, and are summiting
the document from a Windows 95 PC using WHFC 1.0.7.  We began receiving
this message since we upgraded to the latest release of Hylfax. We are
using a US Robotics Sporter 28,800 modem.  What could be wrong with it?
