Bug in Microlink's firmware (if you reproduced the answer correctly) --
they swapped BF and ST parameters! Should be (0),(0-7)

Actually reports capabilities for Class 2.0 -- there is no such (or
similar) command for Class1. Working in Class1, DCE does not support any
compression format itself -- software implements them instead.

Also wrong. Command, requesting capabilities in Class 2, is at+fdcc=?
