flexfax: tagline help

Hello,

This is for version 4.0pl2 (in fact, the redhat binary rpm
package hylafax-4.0pl2-3rh5).

I'm trying to include a tagline in outgoing faxes, but with the
command
  sendfax -vv -F "From %%n|%c|Page %%p of %%t" -d <number> <filename>
I see the message
  -> JPARM USETAGLINE YES
  503 Permission denied: no write access to job parameter USETAGLINE.
(The second line of the message appears twice.)

It makes no difference whether I use this command as root or as a
user.

The 'tagtest' program works all right the same taglineformat as above.
