flexfax: Hylafax and FreeBSD Ports

Hi

I noticed that in the FreeBSD port of hylafax a comment says:

FORBIDDEN=      "Security hole (buffer overflow yielding setuid uucp)"

is anybody aware of this , and if yes why not fix this ?

the FreeBSD port is using hylafax-v4.0pl2
